40 acre parcel, 75% of it has been cleared, no silt fencing in place. Concerned about creek there being impacted.
Site has been mostly cleared and graded with well over one acre of disturbance. Subsequent file review shows no CGP NOC has been issued for the site. DWR will issue an NOV to the owner requesting coverage under the CGP.
