THE SITE IS A PORTION OF THE EXISTING CEDAR STONE PARK LOCATED AT 3639 MORTON LANE. THE SITE IS BOUND ON THE NORTH BY MORTON LANE, THE WEST WITH A PLAYGROUND, THE EAST WITH ROCKY FORK CREEK, AND THE SOUTH WITH A PARKING LOT.

Description and Writeup
Cedar Stone Park is a Town of Smyrna park on Morton Lane off of Almaville Road. It appears that the city has hired a contractor to change the flow of a wet weather stream that runs through part of the property. My question is does the Town have an ARAP Permit for such alteration? There is a wetland on the other side of the road which feeds this stream in the Winter and at other wet times of the year. In addition the stream will be changed from one that is tree lined to a ditch.
