Complainant stated that neighbors were digging/excavating a lake on their property and potentially selling the dirt due to truck traffic. The site is causing sediment runoff onto neighboring property owners.
12-13-24 Met contractor on site. Track hoe in operation digging a pond. Met the contractor on site who confirmed they are digging a pond. No dam is involved and no other structures are involved. Informed contractor to apply for CGP coverage. Adjacent owner is also family and the pond is partially on their property.
Sent letter informing owner of the need to gain CGP coverage. LJS
