Complaint Description and Writeup
Hello Michael, I am reaching out to you because the same issue is happening once again with The Overton At Brentwood’s private sewer line. If you need me to send a video I am happy to do so. Thank you!
Metro Investigated and reported back. "All, I just visited the site (Overton Apartments @ 4960 Edmondson Pike). It appears to be the exact same issue as happened back in June. I talked to the property manager (Alice Parrot-) and the Maintenance Manager (Juan Graterol ). They had already called the plumber and he is supposed to be on his way out with a jet truck to unstop the line. There must be some structural issues with the line since this is the second time in a few months. They said after they unstop the line, they will have the plumber camera all the way to our manhole. I also told them to clean up all the solids. We will follow up to make sure this is completed.
Thanks,
Josh Hayes

Metro later reported back, the issue is resolved and cleaned up.
