Description and Writeup
Mr. Chris Hook, Town of Mountain City reported a 9-18-17 overflow from the Hardees Restaurant, 141 Pioneer Village Drive, Mountain City (cleanout). The Town opened up the service line from the restaurant and cleaned up the overflow. Lime was put down and covered with straw. A written report will be submitted to the Johnson City EFO. The report received on 9-27-17 indicated the overflow went from 4:00-6;00 PM with an estimated volume of 30 gallons.
