Description and Writeup
9/12/22 cds Caller contacted Kati Hicks asking to speak with a water treatment consultant regarding an issue in Lawrence County. Message was forwarded to Columbia EFO (JCA). WAP assigned to follow-up with caller. During the conversation it was determined that it was not a drinking water complaint rather a wastewater complaint of illicit discharge from Lawrenceburg wastewater plant. Complainant provided video footage of effluent discharge shot between 2-3pm September 8 (according to complainant as relayed to WAP).
