Description and Writeup
Blountville UD reported that a customer brought a water sample to the utility office indicating that it was positive for staphylococcus. The customer operates the Streams of Life Birth & Wellness medical facility that is served by Blountville UD. The customer indicated to the utility manager that customers at the medical facility had contracted staph infections and that she has personally sampled and analyzed a sample of the water from an upstairs bathroom faucet using a sterile cotton swab that gave positive results for staphylococcus.
