Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Received a call via EFO front desk that sewage was backing up into building from floor drains, sinks, and toilets for several days and employees were having to work around and caller wanted to file OSHA complainant. Informed caller that OSHA/county agency would need to be contacted regarding work conditions as TDEC only has jurisdiction over sewer back-up. Caller stated that plumber had come to business but could not identify problem and this is the 5th or 6th back up that she could recall in last 18 months. Contacted Pat Spangler at FUD asking if he was aware of anything on their side of system or have received calls from other businesses in shopping center. Said they were not aware of anything but would send out a crew to investigate.
