Mr. Elliott has started another project on the same property you checked out for Ray in 2009. He has already started one house and is using a jack hammer or Similar tool to break up rocks on the property every day including today, Sunday. I am going to check with the Health Dept about permits but will you have someone check into the fresh water spring on the land? When you looked into it before you forced him to stop excavation because he wasn't protecting the spring.
