I have talked till I'm blue in the face about a sewer leak on Lee highway and Green Shanty Road. Everyone I talked to said it was the county and the county said it was the city's jurisdiction! This is crazy in that there has been an open sewer leak that has been going on for upwards of 5 years! It's not good for the environment nor for the people living in the area!
