Complaint letter written by Mr. Paul Paschall was received by Commissioner David Salyers office. Mr. Paschall complaint was regarding odor coming from a newly built hog facility owned by Mr. Jeremy Robinson. The complaint written by Mr. Paschall also mentions other hog facilities in the area but that the odor was not that bad from them. The new hog facility owned by Mr. Robinson is located closer to residents in the area than the other facilities.
