Complainant sent 10 photographs and the attached message:
I am a concerned citizen and am attaching a few pictures from yesterday of storm water run off at the Black Creek development in Lookout Valley, a part of the City of Chattanooga. This is happening on a regular basis and it seems that since the man in charge of the development is also the Chairman of the Chattanooga City Storm Water Board, he is not held accountable. I hope you will investigate this situation and appropriate action taken. Thank you.
I have numerous other pictures from the development from the past few months if you would like to have them.
