Description and Writeup
9/25/2023 - Property owner contacted RAB at DWR to ask about his drilling logs. Wells were drilled by Bingham around 3/13/2022, but well owner was never given a copy of the driller reports. No NOIs were submitted prior to the drilling of these wells, and no NOI fees or driller reports were received after completion of these wells.
10/23/2023 - Licensed Driller contacted the water well program and reported the undocumented wells at this site. Upon entering information, it was discovered that the Division already had a report of these violations.
