3/4/2024 - RAB - During a well inspection at the subject property, RAB noted that there was a small depression and the backfill had collapsed in borehole leaving annulus open from ground surface to about 2.5 feet.
3/19/2024- RAB - Driller returned to the site on 3/14/2024 to repair the annular space. Emailed photos of the repaired well surface completion on 3/18/2024.
