    Description and Writeup

    Complainant called to report overflow on N. Russell St. Said the manhole was overflowing for several days following rain on Monday. Caller stated that the flow was so great that it was lifting the manhole cover off and was pouring into adjacent stream. He has some pictures of overflow and will submit via email. He said that the manhole in front of his residence also overflows regularly and flows across his yard (near intersection of Wix Avenue and Demase Street).
    Portland self-reported overflows at these locations on 12/16-12/18. The locations are known chronic overflow points and have signs posted to notify public. LKS 12/19/19
