Most of the 7-acre parcel has been cleared and portions graded with a large road cut and crossing installed at the main entrance. There are 3 crossings from what I could see, two (maybe all 3) appear to be stream crossings. There are no BMPs in place and material is getting into the stream (coarse rock/sediment) and has been carried for some distance.
