7/22/2024 - Customer called reporting an unlicensed water well pump installer. Customer states that installer has been partially paid; however, the company, Choice One Plumbing, has been unsuccessful in pulling the existing pump from the well. The Division has no license holder dba Choice One Plumbing. Division has emailed customer for supporting documentation to determine if an NOV can be issued.
