Larry Simmons called me regarding his water coming from Monterey Water Department. Complainant states that his water has a bad taste and has a strong chlorine smell. He stated that when he drinks the water his tongue burns. He has a home water filter and has to change his filter frequently. He stated that the water leaves orange and black residue in his shower. He stated that he contacted the state in 2022 regarding the same issue.
