Complainant states that water pressure has been awful since Friday and over the weekend. Complainant stated that they couldn't even wash dishes, and the pressure wouldn't fill up the toilet and couldn't wash hands at the same time. She stated that it's never the greatest pressure, but it's really bad now and drops at times.
CDD- Mr. Carl Stevenson informed CDD on 12/16/24 that a main was fixed this past Friday and water had to be cut off. After listening to the complainant's voicemail, CDD called Mr. Stevenson to get details on the water pressure and the operator stated that the McKnight Loop pressure dropped below 20 psi. CDD instructed Mr. Stevenson to issue a Boil Water Notice for the area affected. 12/18/2024
CDD- Called complainant back to inform them that a Boil Water Notice would be delivered shortly and explained the process. 12/18/24
