    10/8/2024 - RAB reviewed pending NOIs and driller has forty-five (45) pending NOIs that are over 60 days old.

    10/14/2024 - RAB - Caden Johnson with C&J drilling called to say that they will be submitting their NOI fees and driller reports, as well as a list of NOIs that need to be voided. They will mail everything via certified mail or another way to track the mail, and then email the payment summary sheets to the Division so they can be used to check the list of pending NOIs over 60 days past due.

    10/23/2024 - RAB - Caden emailed scanned copies of payment summary sheets, list of NOIs to be voided, and driller reports. Additionally, sent 1 NOI that had been received by DWR but not entered, and one NOI that had not been sent previously. Said that Driller reports, NOI payment summary sheets, & check for NOI fee payment were mailed to DWR.

    10/28/2024 - RAB - NOI fee payments & driller reports for remaining 60+ past due pending NOIs received by DWR.
