Complaint Description and Writeup
Complainant states that adjacent property owner upstream has dammed up the stream below a spring resulting in the creek barely running on his property. Also states that this has happened in the past and TDEC made him remove the impoundment, but he is doing it again. A site visit was conducted on 12 August 2024 and there was a pond in a spring fed channel. There was visible disturbed land, but it did not look recent. When the pond was constructed could not be determined. There was a horse grazing nearby.
