Mr. Danny Sims, Town of Mountain City reported a 7-17-18 overflow from Stout Septic Service at the WWTP barscreen area driveway. The volume was approximately 30 gallons. A written report will be sent to the Johnson City EFO. The report received on 7-20-18 indicated, "On July 17, 2018 at approximately 10:15 a.m. at the bar screen area, Stout Septic Service was unloading and lost an estimated 30 gallons in the driveway. Stout Septic Service came back that afternoon at approximately 2:40 p.m. and had another spill at the bar screen and lost an estimated 10 gallons in the driveway. The areas were cleaned and limed."
