Complaint Description and Writeup
Overflow of sewage behind the Air Xtreme business, AKA the old Kroger, toilet paper and feces on the ground, water flowing to storm drain to drakes creek / old hickory lake. Photos of event uploaded to site page. TLJ contacted HVUD to investigate.***
HVUD investigated and reported back... "Our sewer crew went out on 3/26/2019 to check the sewer problem that was called in at 170 E Main St. Ste 200. The supervisor J.W. Frazier advised me that the sewer problem is on All Air Extreme, LLC side and they need to call a plumber. He tried to talk to someone while he was there yesterday but couldn’t get anyone to come to the door."***
MPM forwarded the complaint to Hendersonville MS4 contact Helen Morris on 27-Mar-19.
Clogged lateral line cleared and are cleaned up.
