    Description and Writeup

Complainant states "I'm concerned about two specific areas along the red river. the red pin drop is the specific location. Directly across Kraft Street behind the salvation army as well. The entire zone is heavily polluted. The same area Lincoln homes is experiencing brown undrinkable water that the city will not recognize. This zone here has been dumped on since I was a kid I'm 27 now. The smell after it rains is putrid and a yellow/ orange layer forms after each rainstorm. You can see the orange Hughes from screenshots. I'd like to ask what can be done to stop this. It's clear that it is endearing the zone. I've spoken out to the city they refuse to check it. I feel this company is knowingly destroying this ecosystem and needs to be stopped. The red river use to be one of our cleanest rivers now it's said you will get sick if you swim in these areas. I believe that in the upper right of this dump park at rhe peak of the hill drains into the grown water system. Unknown chemicals and acid shocks from the concrete trucks have caused significant damage. My number is XXX-XXXX. I would speak out against this as a kid. Now it's at the point of no return and I fear it has had irreparable damage on the river echos system. A new pond like lake has formed behind the salvation army which we believe is coming from the ground water seaping. We also have reason to believe the rock coury at night pumps the inlet water directly into the river causing a dark black pollution line along the riverbanks. We are seeing fish die and if we eat the fish our stomachs get torn up. Thank you very much for reviewing. It's my opinion that this zone needs to be drilled to test the significance in damage to the ground water and zone. I furthermore believe the mayor and ward 6 administration should be held accountable and the area excavated. We feal that out town is knowingly poisoning this poor community. "
