From Bradley County, the portion of the site with issues is parcel # 057 010.00. It does not have any EPSC’s in place, has not been stabilized, has no construction entrance, and is causing significant issues with the catch basins as they are filling up with sediment. It appears that the contractor may have stopped construction prior to Phase II. I have included a screenshot from our GIS for you. The main road leading to the Phase II portion of the site is Courtland Crest Drive SW.
