    Complaint Description and Writeup

    6/18/2024 - RAB received a photo of a well tag on a water well drilled by the driller. A driller report had not been received for the well. RAB also received a second driller report, for a different well: no driller tag was on the report and a NOI had not been submitted for this second well.

    6/21/2024 - RAB sent NOV letter via email and hard copy of letter sent via certified mail.

    6/27/2024 - RAB - Driller submitted driller report for pending NOI. Also submitted photos of driller tags on well. RAB reviewed reports and sent back to driller for corrections to well completion and water information.

    7/1/2024 - RAB - Driller submitted corrections for driller report.
