Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
On 03/30/07 AMM received an anonymous call that there was an unidentified black substance in a storm catch basin on-site that is not the responsibility of Metro's MS4 program.
On 4/3/07, JMM investigated the complaint. He met with Cinder Gonzalas, Environmental Maintenance Coordinator for the center. She showed me the pumpage records for the O/W separator and the permitted outfall basin on 4/2/07.A total 800 gallons was pumped out. This had not been performed for about a year. A plumber was cleaning and repairing their grease trap after a Metro Public Health inspector had given it a bad report. I looked at the downstream area and did not find impact. It is my opinion that necessary corrective actions have been completed.
