Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Email received from complainant which said in pertinant part..."I am emailing you concerning my water quality in LaVergne. I have been a resident of LaVergne since 1999 and a homeowner since 2004. Each year, my water quality gets worse. The water issues that I am experiencing (beyond a higher than average bill each month without leaks) are:
1) Dry and irritated skin and hair
2) Yellowish and brown rings in the toilet every-other-day
3) Bill that's no less than $43 a month (I live alone & wash clothes only once a week.)
4) Not really drinkable without filtering
5) Clothing is hard/dry without the use of softner in the wash
Needless to say, if I am paying so much money each month and barely using the water, I expect to at least have quality when I do use the water."
MPM contacted the LaVergne water department, Mr. Thomas Champange, to refer the complaint to him and give the pertinent information. LaVergne followed up and sampled the water at the complainants house. All water tested in normal ranges for drinking water.
