Soil disturbance is greater than one acre with no EPSC measures.
Greater than one acre of soil has been disturbed onsite without CGP coverage. The owner is currently preparing a CGP application. I've spoken with the consultant preparing the application and he anticipates submitting it within the week. No NOV will be sent if the application is received within that time.
