Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Jacqui Sikora (Jacobs Creek CCC) left voicemail for BBC 3/14/2020 to report that the sanitary WWTP at the center was overflowing. WWTP membrane capacity had diminished with cooler weather. Septic haulers are being used to pump down the plant as much as possible and help alleviate some of the overflow impact.
According to reports from Ms. Sikora and Mr. Jimmy Saunders (Jacobs Creek CCC WWTP operator), the overflow continued periodically from 3/14/2020 through 3/15/2020 and recurred on 3/17/2020. Influent flow subsided to treatable levels after 3/17/2020. Septic haulers were used to pump down the plant as much as possible and help alleviate some of the overflow impact.
