Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
21-Nov-16 Complainant called to ask to have her water checked because she was concerned and the shower water felt oily and her coffee had an oily film. I referred the complaint to the Springfield water department, Brian Suder. They said they will go out and test the water.
MPM***
22-Nov-16 No problem found. Brian Suder visited the complainants residence and sampled the water. No oily film or residue was observed. Sample taken back to the WTP was analysed for general water quality parameters, all results normal. Complainant advised in person by Brian Suder, Springfield water.
