I am trying to get help with our waterways. We have had some new houses going in. They are building on the forest floor. A house at 1027 Emerald Valley Drive cleared the forest floor to make himself a backyard. His backyard is SO steep he can't mow it so now he has sprayed & killed the whole yard. My concern is all of the poison going right in to what was a crystal clear spring which flows into Bledsoe Creek. We have a lot of animals that drink from this creek. It is a deer crossing. Please tell me if anything can be done. Thank You
