5/6/2024 - Received Driller Reports from Lic. 925 James Haynes but driller name & rig operator were Timothy Dewayne Haynes, Lic. 837, on geothermal borehole report. Driller name and license number were James Haynes with rig operator indicated as (Timothy) Dewayne Haynes on water well report. Water well and Geothermal borehole were completed on March 15 and March 20, 2024, respectively. Rig operator did not have an active "W" or "B" license on those dates, nor is/was the rig operator a registered operator under the license of Lic. 925.
5/7/2024 - RAB - NOV emailed and will be sent via certified mail as well.
5/17/2024 – RAB Spoke with driller. He said that they set up the rig to drill the irrigation well in area where the homeowner said it was okay to drill. While drilling the irrigation well they drilled into one of the boreholes of an existing geothermal system. The geothermal system had been installed by Wilson. They sent a camera down the hole to see what had happened and the camera confirmed that the irrigation well had hit the geothermal borehole. The driller completed the water well and then offset to another area to drill a geothermal borehole to replace the one that had been hit while drilling the irrigation well. The driller contacted Henry to handle the completion of the replacement borehole, installing the loop, connecting it to the existing system, grouting it, etc. Henry didn't have to submit any report since they did not drill the borehole, they only did the completion and tie-in of the borehole. Drill also said that he would complete his CEUs in time for the renewal period that ends July 31, 2024.
