EPA referred complaint CWA - FY24-310365-3709-CV. Sad individuals have taken the fence down on my property border and are letting around 6-8 cows enter the creek for water. Property is on a hill that the cows are in, They move them when the grass is ate on the hill to another property. the cows are entering the creek at 150 Jack Berry Rd Unicoi TN 37692
