Caller states that there is a pond under construction adjacent to Mary's Creek. Caller gave closest address as 583 N Collierville-Arlington Rd. Caller alleges after a big rain the stockpiled sediment and stormwater washed into the pond under construction. A day later they heard pumps running and saw a pump set up by the pond and discharging sediment laden water to the creek.
