Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Mr. Ed Mullins reported a 12-1-16 overflow at 209 South Lynn Avenue, Elizabethton (cleanout). The written report received on 12-2-16 indicated the following, "Our crews reported that on 12/1/16 at 9:40 AM, they were called out to a report of a clean out overflowing on 209 South Lynn Avenue. the crew reported that they were not able to stop the overflow until 11:30 AM because of a hard obstruction in the line. At 1:15 PM the same day, they were called back to the same address. They reported they were able to get it stopped by 1:35 PM because they knew the approximate location of the blockage. Our crews have started preparations to dig out and repair the line. They reported they plan to do this on Monday, 12/5/16. Any debris from the overflow was reported to have been cleaned up." Ms. Sandra Vance (SKV) left Mr. Mullins a 12-2-16 voice mail inquiring of the estimated volume of the overflow. Mr. Mullins sent a 12-5-16 e-mail indicating the following, "That would be approximately 17810 Gallons which came from the pipe while they were on site."
