Complainant stated the following:
Property owned by Chico Robles had 3 branches that come together forming a small creek, Sullivan's Branch.
Two of these have been bull-dozed and another has been filled in.
The creeks are not large but did have fish other aquatic life. The one that was filled was full of spring lizards, Hellbenders, crayfish and minnows. The two larger ones had minnows, rollers (fish), sucker fish, soft-shell turtles in the spring.
Not sure if what was done is good for the creeks or legal.
