Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
The caller stated he bought the home not knowing there was no SSDS. There is an orange pipe running from the back of the trailer down a steep hill on top of the ground surface. The caller stated he did not know it was the septic line. He hired some men to clear away trees, and when they encountered the orange pipe, he told them to cut through it so they could get to the trees. That is when he learned it was a septic pipe and it was sending sewage to a "valley" behind the home. This is a rent-to-own situation, and the owner took him to court for damaging her fence when the trees were cut down. The judge reportedly told the complainant he had until the end of this week to move out.
