Temple Acres subdivision. 4 or 5 manholes are in her yard. Overflows have been a problem 3-4 times per year for 13 years. HPUD puts up signs, cleans up toilet paper, etc. each time. Rain related. She wants to sell her house, is concerned that this is a problem.
