3/19/2024 - RWR - upon reviewing complaint of uncontrolled drilling fluid runoff, it was recognized that licensee appears to be behind on report and NOI fee submissions. Determined advisement letter is necessary. If it becomes evident that these wells were drilled, Division will evaluate if NOV is appropriate.
3/20/2024 - RWR - representative of Mr. Presnell promptly responded with requested information. Will close case once records are reconciled.
