Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
6/13/2023 - RWR - Will update with actual SITE once exact location is determined
3 part complaint -
1) concern regarding stormwater intrusion from adjacent property development, will refer her to proper TDEC personnel when complainant replies to email
2) concern for well contamination from adjacent property development - let complainant know that information needed to determine if adjacent development would impact their well could only be obtained from a detailed hydrogeologic study and that we're unable to make that determination for her.
3) complainant indicated that the treatment system on their well was unnecessarily installed by Hiller Plumbing (unlicensed). We have already given Hiller an NOV for this- need to determine if they have returned to work on complainants well since March of 2022 when we received agreement from hiller that they would cease well work.
7/14/2023 - RWR - RWR reviewed case materials and responded to inquiry. No NOV issued to Hiller Plumbing because case materials indicate this installation took place in 2012 (significantly earlier than the most recent NOV issued to Hiller).
Stormwater portion of complaint referred to NEFO - see complaint 127760
