Complainant advised that some kind of foaming solid waste has been dumped into Cumberland River where it meets the Red River in back of Burger King on Riverside Dr. at convergence of the Cumberland and Red Rivers.
6.6.2022: Brian Shelton visited the location this morning and found no evidence of anything abnormal or any evidence of environmental impact and provided pictures. The location of the complaint is the City of Clarksville’s Wastewater Treatment Plant Outfall 001. The facility is in compliance with NPDES Permit #TN0020656.
