"Oil & Gas inspector Christina Coyt observed a cable drill rig operating on Highway 84 between Monterey and Livingston and wanted to report it to the field office. Roxanne Reiley tried to check the water well database to see if it was already a permitted site, but was not having a ton of luck identifying it. The coordinates she recorded are 36.215028, -85.294056."
