Complainant states that Richland Creek is running muddy at the bridge on Manufactures Road. It appears to be coming from the area of the Nokian factory.
Inspected both up and down stream of the area described and found no evidence of sediment within Little Richland. Little Richland was running clear at the time of inspection.
