Mr. Boyd alleges that Mr. Petrie has over applied hog waste on the field in front of his house (Petrie's house) and prior to anticipated rain and will runoff if it hasn't already. Odor from this is present all the way in to town.
Second complainant called same day (Tommy Crane) to allege the same.
