Description and Writeup
The complainant states that when the trash pickup company runs the compactor it causes a release of some trash and liquid from the truck. Complainant states that this action is routinely performed in front of his residence and other various point throughout their service area. The complainant states that he has asked the company to address the issue with the release of this material multiple times. I informed the complainant that we do not have jurisdiction over this issue. I forwarded the information to the Division of Solid Waste to see if this falls under their purview.
