WNL - Received email from Sondra Melton on December 21, 2023 while off for Holiday/Vacation. Received the email on January 2, 2024. Complainant states that "Jeremy", unlicensed, put a pump in the residential well.
WNL - contacted JM well drilling, Sondra Melton and son Kaleb, on 1/2/2024. Could not provide WNL with a company name, address, or last name of "Jeremy." Did provide a phone number for the well owner and the address of the residential well.
1/2/2023 - WNL - attempted to contact the well owner by phone, no answer, left a voicemail.
1/29/2024 - RWR - Closed Complaint - No Problem Found - No response from well owner.
