Description and Writeup
Caller owns property on Aetna Mountain in both Hamilton and Marion County. The road to get up the mountain was declared to be a public road in court. From the Cummings Cove development, where the paved road ends and becomes a dirt road, the developer has destroyed the good road and is forcing them to go through a mud hole. Now, people are getting tickets from the city for getting mud on a public road.
