10/23/2024 - WNL - Richard Cash worked on a VFD, part of pumping system, on 10/22/2024 without a license and unsupervised. WNL called Richard Cash to confirm, and Richard stated that he did do this. Richard was unaware that a person needed a license to work on a VFD.
