2-17-18 Eddie Gordon received an email: "Eddie, we were out checking the property and came up on this. It's got a smell to it too. This can't be acceptable. Please advise us on what to do."
2-17-18 Centerville communicated with TDEC about an overflow. DAL
2-18-20 Received 5 day report of an overflow. DAL

2/28/20 Spoke to Mr. Lawson. Thanked him for calling this overflow in. I recommended on any future overflow to contact Chad Dotson, Collections Operator, first. I provided Mr. Dotson's number and email. I explained that it took more than 5 overflows at one point in a 12 month period for a moratorium. DAL
